NZ made or sourced products should be delivered to you within 2-3 working days, however please note that product processing is only completed during working hours. Purchases made after hours or over the weekend are then processed on the next working day.
Internationally sourced products can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. If you have concerns please contact us via email: email@example.com
Pricing discrepancies and errors prior to purchase
Guide To Better Shopping endeavours to display the correct price on this website. We reserve the right to alter, adjust and change pricing at any time without warning and without notification, to ensure we are offering our products at the price our vendors expect. Any price displayed at any time prior to purchase is not a guarantee that those prices will be honoured.
Prices after purchase
Guide To Better Shopping reserves the right to correct the price at any time prior to Delivery where there has been a typographical or other error in the advertised price. Guide To Better Shopping will notify You of the corrected price. You may choose to pay the corrected price, however if You do not choose to pay the corrected price, Guide To Better Shopping shall have the right to cancel your order and refund any amounts you have paid to Guide To Better Shopping for the relevant Product without further obligation to You.
Customs & import taxes
Orders may need to clear customs in your country.
Please check if your order will incur additional import duties, taxes or other customs related charges.
Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.
Suppliers are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade.
As many of our items are shipped from hand picked vendors from around the world, shipping charges are calculated according to each unique items weight. This fee is added to your shopping cart once you have added your address and postal code.
In the case that you choose express shipping on checkout, please be advised that this is 10 working days (Monday to Friday counting as 5 working days) and does not include the weekends.
After your payment is verified, it can still take 1-5 business days to process your order before shipment. This is NOT included in your “Delivery time”.
Delivery may also take longer during holidays or weekends or due to circumstances out of our control. Once an order is placed and shipped from the supplier, only the courier/shipping company has control of your shipment and we cannot guarantee any time frame for shipping delivery whatsoever. By placing your order with us, you understand this and accept we have ultimately no control over the shipping and delivery time frame of your purchase.
You agree that even if express shipping is paid for, this in no way guarantees the purchase will be delivered within the 10 working day timeframe due to issues outside of our control.
These issues may be but not limited to, strikes, cancellations of services, pandemics, customs, local delivery issues, disruption of international travel in any form and other unforeseen circumstances.
For standard shipping, orders will be processed in 1-5 days and 7-15 working days for the delivery under average circumstances. Due to the nature of shipping however, delivery may take up to 4 – 6 weeks. Please contact us if the delivery time reaches 45 days by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look at tracing your item or if lost, issue you a full refund.
1. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place an order. Customer will bear all costs due to incorrect addresses.
2. We do not ship to Africa areas except Egypt and South Africa.
Please inform us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.
If the order is already shipped, please sign for the parcel and refer to our return policy. We will not accept any responsibility if customers refuse to sign for their parcel.
2. Unsuccessful delivery
In some cases delivery may not be successful because of the following reasons:
- Incorrect address
- Shipping company couldn’t get in touch with the recipient, or the recipient was not at the delivery address
- Awaiting collection as requested by the recipient, but the recipient didn’t show up
- The customs (or we) contacted the recipient, the recipient refused to sign for their parcel directly without contacting us first.
We are not responsible for these conditions and while we can assist you with tracking information, you will be required to organise your own redelivery.
