Shipping Locations

We have several products shipped locally across New Zealand as well as several products shipped to you directly from our suppliers warehouse internationally.  We indicate this in the product page so please be aware of shipping times when you place your order. 

Order Processing Time

Our processing time for your order is up to 48 hours.  Once this is complete, your order will have been placed with our suppliers and will be in the process of delivery.  Depending on where our product is coming from, and where you are situated will determine your shipping delivery timeframe.

Products Shipped From New Zealand To New Zealand

Smaller items - Please allow 2 - 7 days for these products to reach you, depending on time of year and COVID issues with couriers where applicable.

Smaller items are usually $5 - $10  for shipping depending on quantities ordered.

Larger items - Some of our furniture and other larger items may take up tp 7 working days to be delivered, depending on your area.

Many of our products are delivered in the Auckland area ofr $89 and throughout the rest of New Zealand for $300 per item.

Products Shipped From Our Suppliers Warehouses Internationally

Please allow between 2 and 8 weeks delivery for Internationally shipped items, COVID has increase the strain on international shipping however some items are processing and arrive in a shorter timeframe. Shipping is FREE for these it4ems and is indicated on the product page of each product.

Products Shipped From And Within The United States

Many products in our store or shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse located in the US.  These product's timeframes are typically 1-3 business days.  Shipping is calculated at checkout on these items.
